This assessment is perfect those eager to enhance  their health and fitness, may be apprehensive about beginning an exercise program, is experiencing chronic health conditions, or anyone who is looking to improve their posture, flexibility, strength, mobility, and balance.

Use the session as a one-off or let it be the beginning of your Personalized Training with the Movement Arts Clinic.

Following intake, you'll begin a training session where the exercises continue the evaluation.  Manual techniques round out the session to help further determine tissue quality and any points of restricted mobility or physical liability exist.
